“Enrolling at SERC to do an apprenticeship means I am getting great work experience whilst learning about my trade. I am currently an apprentice at Abbey Upholstery in Carrickfergus and I hope to be able to progress further in the company. This course has also given me the opportunity to participate in competitions such as SkillBuild which looks great on CV. I feel confident in my abilities and am excited to join the industry full time on completion of this course.”
