 “I have worked for 40 years in this sector and my new role as deputy manager at Glen Parent Daycare meant that I needed this qualification in order to perform my duties to a high standard. This apprenticeship scheme has been amazing, the learning environment is relaxed and fun and I use what I learn in the classroom in my job every day.  I can see a change in how I approach my work, I am more confident at delegating and have made changes to the workplace I have learnt at SERC to allow the centre to run more efficiently.”
