SERC sells success at Lisburn School Summit

This week, SERC was delighted to welcome hundreds of secondary school students from across Northern Ireland at the annual School Summit event at the Eikon Centre, Lisburn.

Joined by colleagues in careers, training organisation and marketing, students were given the opportunity to talk about their career ambitions and the different options available at the college after completing school.

Three groups of talented students including NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy from Bangor and Lisburn campuses, and NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing students from Lisburn campus performed nail, hair, makeup and massage demonstrations on the attendees, creating a great buzz around the stand. The secondary school students gained a fantastic insight into life at the college and got to speak to students about their experiences at SERC.
