Now that our daily routines have changed, it is important to ensure you are still moving and keeping yourself active. If you are looking to start exercising during lockdown but don’t know where to begin, why not start with the five-minute kitchen workout?
This simple routine consists of five different moves for one minute each.
Workout Routine (1 minute each x 2 days a week)
- Squats
- Calf Raises (up and down on your tip toes)
- Press ups (on knees or against the wall)
- Triceps dips (on the back of a chair)
- Lunge
