Our Full-Time Open Evening will be held on Thursday 7 March at the Bangor, Downpatrick, Lisburn and Newtownards campuses from 4pm - 7pm.
You’ll be able to find out more about our full-time courses (including traineeships and apprenticeship opportunities) and meet staff and current students.
Career advisors will also be present to help explore your options to help you unlock the future you want, through a course at SERC.
We can talk you through the applications and admissions process, as well as help you look at your goals and how to achieve them through a course at SERC.
You’ll also have the chance to see the state-of-the-art facilities on our campuses and you can find out more about our superb support services, pastoral care, and Students’ Union.

Apprenticeships
An Apprenticeship is a 'job' from day one which includes a combination of on and off-the-job training, allowing you to Earn and Learn at the same time.
Further Education
Further Education courses are open to all learners aged 16 and over and include Diplomas, Extended Diplomas and Certificates.
Higher Education
If you are completing A Level or equivalent courses Higher Education is most likely the next option for you. Higher Educations courses are those from Level 4 to Level 6 and include Degrees, Foundation Degrees, HNDs, HNCs and Higher Level Apprenticeships.
Traineeships
The Traineeship scheme provides a high-quality vocational and training programme aimed at anyone from school leaving age upwards who aspires to work in a specific sector.
