SERC is a Chartered Manager Centre and can offer those who have successfully completed the required entry qualifications the fast track option to Chartered status.
Becoming Chartered involves an assessment process underpinned by CMI’s Professional Standard framework. It’s your chance to showcase what you’ve achieved so far and your plans for future professional development. Chartered Manager fast track assessment is delivered through one to one support and workshops. It can be completed over a few weeks or shorter if required dependent upon candidate need.
Fast Track Chartered Manager requires candidates to have completed the below qualifications:
Completed a CMI Diploma or Extended Diploma in Management & Leadership (at level 5 or level 6) within the last 5 years, and you have 3+ years’ experience in a management role.
OR
Completed a CMI Certificate, Diploma or Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership (at level 7 or level 8) within the last 5 years, and you have 3+ years experience in a management role
The Professional recognition sets a standard of excellence for leadership and management.
