What we doSoup Dragon’s Kitchen was set up in 2019 by 4 Level 3 NVQ Professional Cookery students. They have already encountered great success by placing first in the Entrepreneurial category at SERC’s PBL Showcase Final. The business hopes to deliver healthy soups with an emphasis on flavour. By removing unhealthy ingredients such as dairy or high quantities of salt, they provide a healthy but tasty meal for people to enjoy. The business also focuses on sustainability and the environment by sourcing eco-friendly packaging and providing only wooden cutlery. Over the next few years, Soup Dragon’s Kitchen hopes to continue to expand and grow as a business, with the hopes and aims of establishing a well-known healthy lunchtime alternative for the people of NI.
