The SERC cookery school offers a range of Saturday cookery courses at the Bangor campus.

Oriental Cookery

This is a 6 week course which will teach you to prepare and cook Oriental favourite dishes. Students are required to supply their own ingredients

This course has been designed to teach and develop basic practical cookery skills for year 13 and year 14 students preparing to go off to university.

Artisan yeast breads

This course will allow you to experience the art of yeast breads, producing breads such as; Focaccia, Pan Di Mie and a selection of flavoured dinner rolls.
