Greek Style Chicken

By marinating the chicken in yoghurt with spices it becomes tender and full of flavour! Serve with potatoes for dinner and use the leftovers to make a tasty wrap for lunch!

Greek Style Chicken


4 chicken fillets (cut in half and bash flatten)


- 1 x lime zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil


Mix all the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken and stir until all chicken is well covered in marinade.

Leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes.

Cook in the oven on lightly greased trays for 20-25 minutes at 200C until juices are clear.
