Course Overview
This Squarespace workshop is designed to boost your confidence in designing and updating your website so that it draws in your target audience and keeps them on your site.
Throughout the course, we will explore the basics of using Squarespace, then progress to learn the fundamentals of website design, and the best practices you should be following with your website.
Note: This workshop only focuses on the design aspects of a Squarespace website and not the ecommerce functionality. Please contact the Business Services team for details on other support that we offer in this area.
Class time
- 6 hour online workshop (3 hours p/w x2) to include step by step guides, live demonstrations, collaborative discussions, downloadable resources.
(Optional 1 hour one to one mentoring available as a follow on at an additional cost).

You'll Love:
How the workshop includes practical demonstrations and interactive exercises to allow you to have a hands-on learning experience. You will be able to log into your Squarespace site and follow along with any demonstrations, allowing you to learn how to use the platform during the class.
You will also be given a variety of resources that you will be able to download and read through whenever you need. These resources will be valuable in helping you to build your skills once the workshop ends.

Specialist support
There is a optional 1 hour one-to-one session with your tutor available, as an add-on to this workshop. This will come at an additional cost, looking specifically at your own Shopify Website and how to apply aspects learnt through the workshop.
You'll Need:
An existing Squarespace website that you have full access to.
The workshops will run online, so in order for you to be able to participate, you will need:
- A working microphone and speakers
- A reliable internet connection
- A laptop or desktop computer
