Course Overview

This new filmmaking course from the NI Film & Television School is aimed directly at NIFTS HND Creative Media Production graduates.

Working with a team of industry professionals, the students will build on their existing skills acquired at HNC and HND level, developing ideas for both fiction and non-fiction Shorts.

The course will be delivered over a series of fifteen evening classes at the NIFTS studios in Bangor, culminating in several location shoots.

The course will offer NIFTS graduates the exciting opportunity to take their ideas from concept and development right through to production and festival submission, providing an 'as near to' industry experience as possible.

Guest speakers from the local film and television industry will provide an invaluable input to the students' filmmaking process
