ILM Level 5 Certificate in Service Improvement
Course Structure
Programme delivery involves two full days whereby candidates will be introduced to a range of methodologies and problem solving techniques and tools, along with an understating of effective project management. The remainder of the programme will involve candidates being mentored through a project of their choice, which will be based on six sigma and lean methodology.
