Course Structure
The course will focus on:
- Understanding change in organisations
- Understanding approaches to change management
- Understanding how to initiate, plan and manage change
- Understanding Leadership Practice
- Understanding Leadership Styles
- Understanding the impact of Leadership within an organisation
Each candidate will have a mentor who will support them throughout the programme and they will receive a £150 per week training allowance.

Contact Hours
This Leadership & Management programme will be delivered over 8 weeks, commencing 1st February 2021.
The course will focus on completion of a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management with a 6 week placement with a local employer. Candidates will be required to attend 2 virtual classes per week each lasting 4.5 hrs for completion of their qualification and complete a 6 week work placement.
