  • Replacement of components, testing of defective burner parts
  • CO/CO2 readings and POC analysis
  • Commissioning and service reports
  • Heating schematics
  • System controls and safety
  • Oil tanks, safety and installation
  • OFT10-101 Domestic commissioning and servicing of pressure jet appliances
  • OFT10-600 Domestic and non domestic oil storage and supply installation
  • OFT10-105E Domestic Oil Firing system Installation and energy conservation measures in buildings
Entry Requirements
Working knowledge of oil boilers.
Where will it take me?
Training for candidates wishing to progress onto the certified OFTEC assessment programme.
This 5 day training programme deals with regulations and safe oil tank and boiler installation practices.
How will it make me more employable?
Completion of this course will enable you to become OFTEC registered.
How will I be assessed and given feedback?
The first 3 days will consist of a mix of practical and theory. Assessment will be held on the last 2 days of the course.
