Note: Unit 5 is available for online study only

This is an official Level 3 Open College Network Northern Ireland qualification.  3 units are required to achieve a Level 3 Award in GIS.  Once this is achieved, students will be given the opportunity to complete an additional unit to upgrade the qualification to a Level 3 Certificate in GIS.

How will it make me more employable?

This unit will add to the skills already developed through the first units of the Level 3 GIS course

How will I be assessed and given feedback?

Each unit will be individually assessed through coursework, demonstrating both your ability to use GIS software and your understanding of how the results of analysis can be useful in a range of scenarios.
