Course Overview

This foundation level qualification is ideal for HR professionals wishing to acquire a wide range of relevant, practical skills and a professional qualification to further their career within HR

This qualification is recommended for those who are:

  • new to HR or want to gain a role in HR

  • working in an HR support role and wishing to develop their knowledge and skills

  • Looking to further their HR career with a professional qualification

How will it make me more employable?

On successful completion of the programme (by either route), you’ll be awarded the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice. This qualification is accredited by the CIPD and is equivalent to QCF level 3. Successful completion of CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice leads to Associate membership of the CIPD. Associate membership is the first level of professional membership of the CIPD, and allows you to use the designation Assoc CIPD after your name to showcase your credentials. It’s an achievement that makes you stand out in your career and is respected and valued by employers. It also emphasises your commitment to continuing professional development and a desire to stay current.
