Course Overview
Areas covered in Level 3 include:
Fixed assets and disposals, contra entries, bad debt write off and recurring entries.
Interpreting and processing both routine and non-routine transactions, together with the production of accounting reports such as a profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
Entry Requirements
Level 2 Computerised Accounts or a good working knowledge of a computerised accounting system such as SAGE.
Where will it take me?
On successful completion on this course you will be able to maintain accounts within a small to medium sized organisation or progress to a professional qualification such as ATI (Accoutancy Technician Ireland) programme.
How will it make me more employable?
Through the upskilling of current accounting practice in the workplace.
How will I be assessed and given feedback?
Externally by City & Guilds set examination
