This qualification is for learners who work or want to work as patisserie chef in the catering and hospitality sector.

Course Overview

This full time programme of study will comprise of practical delivery in the college.

Delivery of the programme will be both the kitchen and the classroom.

It allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the catering and hospitality sector.
