Use of different cake decorating techniques, methods and styles.
Also how to finish and present your bakery products.
Subjects studied will include:
Baking a range of breads/flat breads, bloomers and in riched breads.
Baking gourmet biscuits/brandy snaps, cookies and lots more.
Baking gourmet cakes/Lavender cake, madeira cake, Victoria sandwich
Cake decorating/fondant toppers, sugar flowers, cut outs and piping skills
