Course Overview

Programme delivery involves two full days whereby candidates will be introduced to a range of methodologies and problem solving techniques and tools, along with an understating of effective project management.  The remainder of the programme will involve candidates being mentored through a project of their choice, which will be based on six sigma and lean methodology.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, however candidates should be in a project, continuous improvement, quality role to maximise the effectiveness of this course.

This programme will embed lean methodology and ensure candidates are well equipped to lead effective continuous improvements projects maximising outputs.
