This 1 year course is the equivalent to 4 GCSE's
Elements you will study include:
OCR Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
OCR Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Knowledge
Essential Skills - Numeracy Level 1 and Literacy Level 1
You will also work towards a Personal Development qualification and will be involved in a range of activities, designed to improve your employability.
You will be required to complete Essential Skills in Literacy, Numeracy or ICT if you do not have a GCSE grade C in English or Maths or Computing.
The course enables participants to achieve qualified status within the customer services industry. Successful completion of the course will lead to a Level 3 qualification and recognition of a qualified person within the customer services sector.
